Parking entrance exits will be controlled only by residents of the site with remote control. The 24 hour CCTV closed circuit camera system will have a 24-hour security guard at the project pedestrian entrance. 1 indoor parking lot will be allocated for each apartment.
One metrobus per hour ring service.
- 6 cm stone wool coat will be applied on 13.5 brick for heat and sound insulation in all exterior and balconies.
- Sound insulation between apartments will be provided by applying 4 cm stone wool between 8.5 bricks.
- There will be a water tank to meet the needs in the buildings.

- Each block will have a main fire escape staircase.
- Central satellite system and central cable TV broadcasts will be equipped with antennas.

Apartment Interior Features

- Each apartment will have 1 outdoor unit and 1 internal split system air conditioner.
- There will be a panel radiator in the towel and bedrooms in the bathrooms.
