Seba Hayat project, which has risen as a transformation project in Ümraniye, is a candidate to be one of the projects of the Anatolian Side. The project, which attracts attention with its location, is located 500 meters from the metro, 1.3 km from the TEM Connection Road and 1 km from the E-5.

Emphasizing a candidacy for Seba Hayat’s LEED certification, Seba İnşaat Chairman Nedim Keçeli gave the following information about the project: “Most recently, following the Seba Apartments and Seba Suites project we realized in Kağıthane Cendere Valley, an investment of 70 million TL We started our new project Seba Hayat with the cost. Seba Hayat is a souvenir transformation project. There used to be a site consisting of 6 blocks where the project would learn. Seba Hayat, our first project on the Anatolian Side, is a special project for us in this sense.
